what is 'tucking'?

Tucking refers to the practice of tucking your penis and scrotum in such a way as to make them less visible. Tucking may be used by to alleviate gender dysphoria, and can be done with compression underwear (known as a 'gaff') or with tape.

We do not recommend using tape because it can cause serious skin damage.

how to 'tuck'

  1. Gently slide your testes into your body
  2. Once the testes are out of the way, wrap your scrotum around your penis. Tuck your wrapped penis between your buttocks. Think about the motion of pulling down, back and then up.
  3. Secure your tuck with one of our breathable gaffs.

And as always, listen to your body and stop if you experience any pain or discomfort.

Is tucking safe?

Yes, tucking is generally safe. The main risk is skin irritation, so you should practice good hygiene and ensure you:

  • shower regularly
  • wear breathable underwear
  • take regular breaks from tucking
  • listen to your body - tucking shouldn't hurt; if it does, stop immediately and consult your doctor
