Transform Transwear is an Australian-owned brand shipping globally.

Returning Items

Because we believe that COMFORT IS A HUMAN RIGHT, we will accept returns of most items, provided:

• Your return is initiated within 30 days of ordering the item, and
• You pay the cost of shipping the return item, and either:
  • Your item is in its original condition; unworn, clean with original tags attached; or
  • Your worn item is defective.
• • Your returned item is received by us within 14 days of you initiating the return.

Provided we receive your item in it’s original condition (or it is defective), we will offer you a refund or store credit for the full price (excluding the original shipping cost). Store credits are valid for 6 months.

No Returns on Intimate Items

An enormous amount of time and effort goes into designing and creating each and every item we sell, so we want you to LOVE it and feel confident you’re getting something of the highest quality.

So we therefore won’t accept returns or exchanges of intimate items such as packing or tucking underwear, or swim skorts. We’d hate for you to wonder whether someone else had tried it on first!
