We are a small family business designing clothing for the gender diverse community. We aim to fulfil all orders within 1-2 business days.

You should expect to receive your order within about 2 weeks.

You can track your order using the tracking information we email to you. Once your parcel leaves Australia, you can use the same tracking code to track it via USPS.

Our US delivery partner is USPS. We mail our orders with Australia Post, who hand them over to USPS when they arrive in the US.

Absolutely! We use unbranded mailbags.

Returns + REFUNDS

Yes - provided you initiate a return within 30 days of ordering, and provided your items are unworn and in their original condition (with tags attached) then you can initiate a return here.

ISSUES WITH DELIVERY

Provided the tracking information shows your parcel arriving in the US, you will need to contact USPS to find out where your parcel is within their network.

If still in Australia, please let us know and we can investigate with Australia Post.
